From pip to fruit
Piptree is a non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider, pressed one heirloom variety at a time. We honor each apple from pip to fruit, celebrating its character and history, giving it a place at the table.
Two ingredients. Nothing more.
Every bottle of Piptree celebrates the unique character of its apple, from bright and aromatic to rich and structured. We press one varietal at a time and use just two ingredients: fresh pressed apple juice and carbonated filtered water.
No added sugar. No concentrates. No preservatives.
Our founder
Piptree founder Jenette Lee grew up in California before spending more than a decade living in England, working with heritage brands on both sides of the Atlantic. Those years shaped her belief in stewardship: that what we inherit must be carried forward with intention.
It was in Somerset, England’s apple country, that she discovered traditional cider houses and heirloom varieties bright with acidity, structured, and layered with flavor.
Back home in Los Angeles, she took her love for heirloom apples and set out to create a drink that was lighter, more refined, and true to the character of the apple.
